These terms apply when you visit mhuncho.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

The short version: this is an unofficial fan site, run by a fan in their own time for appreciation of M Huncho's music. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by M Huncho, his labels, his management or any official entity. All music, artwork, videos and photos belong to their respective owners. If you're a rights holder and want something removed, email contact@mhuncho.com and we'll deal with it promptly.

1. About this site

mhuncho.com is a non-commercial, fan-made tribute and information site. It is operated by a fan and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by M Huncho, his record labels, his publishers, his management or any other official entity. The name “M Huncho” and all related names, marks and artwork are the property of their respective owners; they are used here descriptively to identify the artist, in the spirit of fan appreciation and commentary. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement or endorsement.

2. Content and intellectual property

All music, lyrics, videos, artwork, photography, text and trademarks featured or referenced on this site belong to their respective owners — including M Huncho, his labels and publishers, and the original photographers. We claim no ownership and make no money from any of it: the site has no ads, no shop and no subscriptions.

Music and videos are presented through embedded players and links to official services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and similar), so playback always happens on the official platform.
Photos are shared in reduced size for fan appreciation, with no intent to supersede the original or harm its value.
Opinions and written descriptions on the site are those of the fan who runs it.

3. Takedown requests

If you are M Huncho, a member of his team, a label, a publisher or a photographer (or otherwise hold rights in material on this site) and you object to its use, email contact@mhuncho.com with: the material concerned, where it appears on the site, and your relationship to it. We'll review and remove or amend the material promptly and without argument. This site is a hobby, not a battleground.

4. Using the site

You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misrepresent it as official, use it to imply any endorsement, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use its content for commercial purposes without the rights holders' permission. The site is provided free of charge; in return, please be decent about it.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to and embeds third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Deezer, social media and others). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices — see the privacy policy and cookie policy for how and when they load.

6. Availability and changes

We run this site as-is, in our spare time. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time — including these terms, which take effect when published on this page. We aim to keep the information accurate, but music release dates and catalogues change often, so details may occasionally lag behind.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or the sites it links to. The site is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

8. Accessibility

We want the site to be usable by everyone, including keyboard and screen-reader users, and we've built it with that in mind (resizable text, keyboard-friendly photo viewer, reduced-motion support). If something is hard to use, tell us at contact@mhuncho.com and we'll try to fix it.

9. Governing law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
